Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Ömer Albayrak / Crystal Fruit Studio. By downloading or using AI Hairstyle: Haircut Try On, you agree to them and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree; a parent or guardian must consent where local law requires.

What the app does

The app creates AI-generated hairstyle, color and appearance previews from photos you choose. Features, catalogs, free uses and limits may change as the service improves.

Results are illustrative, may contain errors and do not guarantee how a haircut, color, product or salon service will look in real life. Consider professional advice before chemical or permanent changes.

Your photos and generated results

You keep your rights in photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide right to host, copy, transform and send them to service providers only as needed to operate and secure requested features.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use each photo and that using it does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights. Generated results may not be unique and may be similar to outputs created for others.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload another person’s image without permission.
• Do not create deceptive, harassing, sexual, hateful, illegal or rights-infringing content.
• Do not target minors, impersonate people, bypass limits, reverse engineer the service or interfere with security.
• Do not use outputs as proof of identity, health, age or other sensitive traits.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may be offered through an automatically renewing App Store subscription. Separate one-time image packs may also be offered and are not subscriptions. Price, period, trial eligibility and included benefits are shown in the app before purchase.

Our intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful purposes. The app, branding, interface, catalogs, software and service content remain owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights.

Availability and termination

Cloud features require internet access and may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or safety checks. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal requirements or material violations. You may stop using the app at any time; removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, exact visual accuracy or suitability for a particular salon outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support, warranties or claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must also follow the App Store Terms of Service.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms for product, legal or security changes. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
