Information we collect

• Photos and generated images: images you select, temporary processing versions, and results you choose to generate.
• Account and app data: an account or anonymous identifier, settings, broad onboarding preferences, feature usage and saved-item references.
• Purchase data: product, entitlement, renewal and transaction status supplied by Apple and our subscription-management provider. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
• Technical data: app version, device/OS information, diagnostics, security events and coarse performance data.
• Messages: information you send when contacting support.

Please do not upload a photo unless you have the right and permission to use it.

Photo and AI processing

When you request a hairstyle, hair-color, appearance or related visual feature, the selected photo is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our cloud infrastructure and AI processing providers. Processing may include face detection to locate editable areas; it is not used to identify who you are.

We use uploaded photos only to provide, secure and troubleshoot the feature you requested. We do not sell personal photos, use them for advertising or place them in analytics. We do not use your photos to train our own general-purpose AI models. Any materially different use would require a new notice and, where required, consent.

AI results are simulations. They can differ from real hair texture, color, density, lighting and salon outcomes.

How we use information

• Provide photo selection, AI generation, previews, saved results and sharing.
• Operate accounts, restore access and synchronize eligible purchases.
• Measure reliability, prevent fraud and enforce usage limits.
• Respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting and App Store obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We may share only the information needed with cloud hosting, AI image-processing, authentication, analytics/crash reporting, customer support and purchase-management providers. Apple processes App Store payments under its own terms. These providers act under their own privacy terms and our applicable agreements.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

Our intended operational limits are:

• Unused uploads and unpaid drafts: normally deleted within 24 hours.
• Editor source images and intermediate previews: normally deleted within 24 hours after the last activity.
• Inputs required for a paid multi-image generation: deleted after delivery and retry handling, normally within 72 hours.
• Generated results saved to your server history: retained for up to 30 days so you can download them.
• Security and operational logs without photo content: normally retained for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required for fraud, disputes or law.

Copies saved to your device remain until you delete them. Deletion from our systems may take a reasonable time to propagate through backups and providers. Minimum transaction records may be retained where required by law, but this does not extend to keeping your photos.

Your choices and rights

You can decline photo access, cloud processing, notifications or tracking permissions without granting broader device access. Some AI features cannot work without processing the photo you select.

You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@crystalfruitstudio.com. If the app offers an account, use its in-app delete option where available. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that separately through Apple.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it. Local age requirements may be higher.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport and private storage intended to protect information. No system is completely secure. Providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product, providers or law changes. The updated date will appear above; material changes may also be shown in the app.
